Promotions co-ordinator for 91 ZM in Christchurch aka Black Thunder Driver.
• What qualifications do you need to get this job?
I was a student at the New Zealand Broadcasting School 06, start of 07 and now I am currently in the internship stage of the course. I will have my degree next year.
A Bachelor of Broadcasting Communications majoring in radio.
• How do you get your foot in the door?
I had been working part time at the Radio Network for the past 2 years so moving into a full time position was an easy transition as all the aspects of the job were familiar.
• What hours do you do? Days of work?
I work Monday to Friday 9am – 5.30pm however if promotions or events are on in the weekend then it is a long week.
• Do you get a company vehicle?
No I wish the thunder was mine! lol
• Where is the role based?
I am based within The Radio Network building; however spend most of my day out and about on the streets of Christchurch in the Black Thunder

• Outfits/Clothes/ Uniform?
I’m kitted out in ZM clothes all day long!
I love my new job, everyday is different and I get to meet the most amazing people!
