Imagine seeing a look like that at a Christchurch Club? Well I did at the Vespa Room recently!
Tina Davison and Yuki Sato created/ made “SHOW NO SHAME”- a show that mashed up hair, ultraviolet light, music, models and clothes created/made from paper and anything that might push it - right (or left) out.
There was no product marketing plan or anything to sell - Tina and Yuki had skill, passion and a wish to do something. The ovation they received was deserved.
Look out for the next collection at a night club or glossy fashion mag near you. Images of the show plus Yuki and Tina themselves will be on display at Ginger Megg's Merivale. (Guess where they work?)
Quick Summer Hint: (this sums up the Summer so far) Time to adjust your hair colour to Summer
- If you are Blonde - Move your colour to the lighter more cool tones.
- If you are Brunette - Time for the brighter primary colours. (Leave the darkness!)
- If you are Brown - A shift to the coppers will look really good.
