Your weekly hair guide

Guilty - Too many of us OVER SHAMPOO our hair! We should be conditioning our hair more. ( I mean the hair itself not the roots) It is very hard to over-condition your hair. Our national teams are obsessed about conditioning - and so should we!

Everybody wants her hair to lookgood for Saturday [and Friday] so here is a weekly routine to ensure you hair is up for it on Saturday:

hair20.jpg Monday Morning: Condition-Shampoo-Condition and Style.
Monday Evening: Monday is a Hair Work Night!!! Apply a conditioning cream before you go to bed. ‘g” GUZZLE or ‘mike” REHAB to rehydrate your hair. Leave it in over night. (Place a towel on your pillow) For fine hair that is limp and lank - condition mid length to ends only.

Tuesday Morning: Condition-Shampoo-Condition with a “Leave In Conditioner”. Style with product. You are ready to go.

Wednesday: Leave alone and restyle/refresh with product. (If needed rinse, condition and style)

Thursday Morning: Leave alone and restyle. (If needed rinse, condition and style)
Thursday Evening: Working Hair Night! Repeat Monday night treatment using Conditioning Cream.

Friday: Rinse/ Condition with Leave In Conditioner/ Style with product.

Saturday: Rinse/ Condition with Leave in Conditioner/ Style with product.

Sunday: Day Off. NATIONAL BED HEAD DAY. Or hair up.
