Unless you have been living under a rock the past few years then you should have heard about ghd Hair straightners. In short, ghds are the Shizzle!
Priceyer than most other straightners on the market (my local hairdressor sells them for $375) these are the top of the line in hair straightning!! Apparently they work by "creating a negative ion charge that seals in moisture, natural oils and hair colour for total protection"
However they do it, they are fab and even make dry ends look better! You will spend half the time straightening your hair as you do with old run-of-the-mill irons, leaving more time for fun stuff! Trust me, the investment is worth every penny! Once you go ghd you never go back!
Don't forget, your straightners needs cleaning, just like anything else! With the use of styling products with the straitners, there can be a build up of cooked product on your panels. The GHD website reccommends: First spray a light mist of clear window cleaner onto your iron when it is cool, then wipe with a soft cloth until completely dry. Your straightners will last longer and no more gunky buildup on your panels or in your hair!
You can also use your ghds as curlers! Just take 1" sections and wrap them around the ghds like a ribbon, hold for a few seconds, and unwind to create a soft sexy spiral curl! Is there anything these things cant do?!
