Autumn Haircare

In Autumn the colours become deeper and stronger. Autumn is chatting on the balcony ready to move inside when a cold evening arrives early.

We move daily from the softer Autumn light to the harsh indoor office fluorescents. To keep your hair looking great, my advice is too deepen the colour.

If you are blonde, move the colour towards beige. For Reds, a change towards the blood reds. With Browns, a shift towards Basil.

A deeper hair colour reacts positively to the searching stress of the office fluorescent lights and the nightclub’s harsh light / darkness.

To keep your look balanced, ask your stylist to soften your hairstyle by obscuring the edges of the cut and your fringe. Make the whole structure of the cut more uneven. A slightly less distinct cut and style makes a deeper colour less strident.

Autumn hair care. My advice is to keep up the condition-shampoo-condition hair care treatment. Whilst Summer sun and surf are now history, you will be spending more time inside where the office air-conditioner and heater lurk and you hair is at risk of drying out.

Autumn also means more time inside Nightclubs. Need I say more…
