Creating a rosy radiance naturally

When applying blusher, you want the colour looking soft and natural, as if it’s exposed from within. You may ask why should I wear blush? and may not be used to using it in your makeup regime.

But if you are wearing foundation correctly it will take the natural flush out of your cheeks making you appear a little washed out and this is where a bit of blusher comes in.

Here are a few tips to remember when applying your blusher:

1. Tap or lightly blow on the brush to remove any excess blush before applying. This prevents the blush from being harsh and uneven in the application.

2. Apply your blush to the apple of the cheeks, carefully blending towards your natural hairline.

3. If you’re using two shades of blush, apply the darker one on the apple of the cheek first, and then using the lighter shade to highlight above. Blend these together well so there is no visible line between the two colours.

4. You can also highlight your temples, forehead and chin.
